⁃            Access improvement to every farmer category financing, which produce or utilise innovative products/elements.

⁃            Encourage/advertise biodiversity development and bring the local products to an european standard.

⁃            New measures regarding agricultural and non-agricultural products certification, and also regarding their quality in conformity with the european standards.

Agriculture or farming is the cultivation and breeding of animals, plants, and fungi for food, fiber, biofuel, medicinal plants and other products used to sustain and enhance human life. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of sedentary human civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species created food surpluses that nurtured the development of civilization. The study of agriculture is known as agricultural science. The history of agriculture dates back thousands of years, and its development has been driven and defined by greatly different climates, cultures, and technologies. Industrial agriculture based on large-scale monoculture farming has become the dominant agricultural methodology.

The agricultural area of North-East Region is of 2,124,775 ha (14.52% of the total agricultural area of Romania). The largest agricultural areas are registered in the counties of Vaslui, Botoșani and Iași, each holding about 18-19% of the total agricultural area of the region. The Vaslui and Iași counties hold the largest vineyards, together with 76.5% of the total wine area of the region.
